MEET YOUR GUIDE:

Hello My Loves,

I'm Nneka, an End-of-Life & Bereavement/Grief Doula, as well as a certified Ladies of the Light Wellness Practitioner, and trauma-informed Master Life & Mindset Coach. I focus on emotional freedom and empowerment, holding space for the full-circle of life and all the emotions along the way.

Through education, lived experiences, and intuitive guidance, I’ll take you deep into the waters to heal the inner depths of your wounds. Then apply restorative care and somatic practices to power up and transcend each forthcoming transition. Together, we’ll journey to a deeper understanding and connection with your highest self.

Assisting in the process of healing the heart through the many adversities and pain we endure throughout life is a gift and a passion of mine. I guide others with authenticity, compassion, and empathy, as we are all traveling this journey, together.

“Grief occurs at every stage within a life worth living; it's our job to dance with the ebb and flow, embracing the lessons along the way."~ND💜
